RETURNS POLICY
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact our team within 14 days of delivery and we’ll work with you toward a resolution as quickly as possible.
Please be sure to include the following that applies:
- Order number
- Description of fault, damage or incorrect item received
Photos of the issue may also be requested.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used lash products cannot be returned unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
To qualify for a change of mind return, the following conditions apply:
- Product must be unopened and unused
- Original packaging is required
- Returns are subject to approval
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for approved exchanges.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a replacement, repair or refund where required by law.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
