All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia via Australia Post unless otherwise specified. Orders placed before 12pm AEST or AEDT are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm AEST or AEDT will be dispatched the following business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During launch periods, peak sale periods or periods of high order volume, orders may be dispatched within 2 business days.

Important Information

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or peak periods.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds are displayed in the relevant local currency where available.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout, as we are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.

Milarēs is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or incorrectly delivered after being marked as delivered by Australia Post or the relevant international carrier.

If your parcel is delayed, please use your tracking link for the latest delivery updates.

If your parcel appears to be lost in transit before delivery has been confirmed, please contact us so we can assist you with lodging an enquiry with the carrier.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Milarēs is not responsible for orders delayed, returned or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details entered at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be required to cover the cost of reshipping.

Returned to Sender Parcels

If your parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept delivery or failure to collect the parcel, we will contact you once the order has been received back by us.

Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

International Delivery

Milarēs ships to selected international regions, including New Zealand, Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada.

As Milarēs grows globally, we’re actively working on improving international delivery speeds and reducing shipping costs across more regions.
